RoofClaim is building a team of Inside Sales Executives to bridge the gap between homeowner's need for a roof replacement and our ability to provide them a brand new roof, virtually. We're seeking strong closers that are not easily discouraged and will exceed sales targets to make unparalleled income!

Responsibilities:
- Properly qualify inbound leads
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Actively listen and understand customers’ needs to properly overcome objections
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in a CRM system
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
- Virtual presentations to customers
- Consistent follow-up
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- College Degree preferred
- Experience in a closing sales position
- Positive attitude: A positive attitude and confident demeanor
- Self-motivation: A successful phone salesperson is driven to reach and exceed sales targets
- Strong Communication skills: The ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively over the phone is crucial in this role
- Persuasion and negotiation skills: An ideal candidate should be able to effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, trends, and customer offerings is important in this role
- Performance-driven mindset: The ideal candidate should have a track record of achieving sales goals and be motivated by results
