Job Description

Resound Networks, the 6th largest RDOF Phase I winner in the nation with more than $300 million in awards through 7 states, is looking to hire a Billing Representative. This person will be an integral part of our organization and will report directly
to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist onsite customers
Receive, direct, and relay telephone calls
Process customer payments and answer billing questions both onsite and over the phone
Prepare office documents and correspondence
Assist in filing existing invoices/documentation
Plan and schedule appointments and events

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Bilingual is a plus
