Job Summary
Busy weight loss clinic seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to perform clinical and administrative duties under the direct supervision of a physician or Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities and Duties
Must be proficient in the following clinical procedures: Vital signs, obtain and process lab specimens, IM Injections, SQ injections, 12 lead ECG, give nutritional counseling, calculate BMI, take payments using Square app.
Administrative procedures required: greeting patients, answering phone, scheduling appointments, charting in medical record.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have a current Medical Assistant Certificate AND current CPR certification
Friendly & Outgoing, Detail Oriented, Able to Multi-task
Benefits

Part-Time or Full Time
Current Hours Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:30; Friday 7:30 - noon.
