Permanent Opportunity
Monday-Friday, 10:00a-7:00p; Saturday 9:00a-1:00p
Hilliard or Whitehall, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide professional and friendly service to members through Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions, handling basic and complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist members with various account-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and inquiries about account information, share drafts, certificates, money markets, IRAs, rates, terms, and shared branching services
  • Monitor transactions to detect and prevent potential fraud, safeguarding members’, and the institution's assets
  • Proactively identify and recommend new and alternative financial services to members, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
  • Meet or exceed assigned service and productivity goals, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Adhere strictly to policies and procedures, maintaining compliance in all aspects of service delivery
  • Collaborate with other tellers as needed to support workload and ensure consistent service standards
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union's history, philosophy, organization, policies, and operational procedures
  • Pursue ongoing self-directed learning and certification through established educational programs, enhancing individual competency and performance
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with coworkers and peers, and responding constructively to feedback from supervisors
Who we’re looking for:
  • Prior teller experience or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must value a high degree of accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and ability to be “On Stage” for extended periods maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with appropriate grammar
  • Basic PC skills (Windows)
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule
