Permanent Opportunity
Monday-Friday, 10:00a-7:00p; Saturday 9:00a-1:00p
Hilliard or Whitehall, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide professional and friendly service to members through Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions, handling basic and complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist members with various account-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and inquiries about account information, share drafts, certificates, money markets, IRAs, rates, terms, and shared branching services
- Monitor transactions to detect and prevent potential fraud, safeguarding members’, and the institution's assets
- Proactively identify and recommend new and alternative financial services to members, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed assigned service and productivity goals, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Adhere strictly to policies and procedures, maintaining compliance in all aspects of service delivery
- Collaborate with other tellers as needed to support workload and ensure consistent service standards
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union's history, philosophy, organization, policies, and operational procedures
- Pursue ongoing self-directed learning and certification through established educational programs, enhancing individual competency and performance
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with coworkers and peers, and responding constructively to feedback from supervisors
Who we’re looking for:
- Prior teller experience or equivalent
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must value a high degree of accuracy
- Professional demeanor and ability to be “On Stage” for extended periods maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills with appropriate grammar
- Basic PC skills (Windows)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
