The Opportunity: As a Direct Support Staff member, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting a dynamic young woman in achieving her goals of independence and social inclusion. You'll work closely on a 1:1 basis, providing guidance and encouragement as she navigates everyday activities, from exercising and shopping to making new friends.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of Support Staff experience.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
