2nd Shift - CNC Operator Level I

• CNC machine operators will independently machine and measure precision plastic components.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe and mill machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Follow and perform in-process inspection.
• Assist and identify problems and make improvements.
• Maintain tooling and equipment related to the operations.
• Review and complete required daily documentation.
• Complete other related or assigned tasks, as needed.
• Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.

Education

• Required High School Diploma or GED Completed High School level education.

Experience

• 2-5 years CNC machine operation (preferably on Doosan, Mori-seki, Robo Drills, or Hass machines).

KSA's

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Ability to use basic measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, gages, etc.)
• Collaborate and work with others.
• Proficient verbal communication skills.

· Exposed to production floor environment. The noise level on the production floor is moderate to loud.
