Certifications must have or nice to have: Nice to have.
Must have:
- Must be strong in Java/Spring/Microservices/REST API's
- Must have good hands on experience in Kafka
- Must be strong in AWS
- Must be strong in SQL
- There will be a bit of technical refinement/design type of work as well
- Looking for someone who can implement and deliver business solutions, explain the why behind the tasks, what business needs they've solved, etc
- React is a plus, but not a must have Currently the work is 90% back end
- Certifications on these roles would be a big plus
