APPLICATION DEVELOPER
10+ years experience including requirements analysis, specification creation, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance & implementation of Oracle Applications and related Technologies in a Techno-Functional Role preferably in health care and claims processing.

Proficient in Implementation & Support of Oracle EBS Trade Management R12 (Advanced Pricing ,Channel Revenue Management, Order Management , Inventory, Receivables, & Sub Ledger Accounting Application set-ups, functionality, interaction with users, diagnose and resolve problems as a part of a team.

Hands-on involvement in business requirement gathering, GAP analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, setups & user training.
Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, Forms/Reports 10g, Unix Shell Scripting.
Experience in the preparation of Functional Design (MD050), Technical Design (MD070), Setup (BR100), Migration (MD120) documents system Test scripts and Test Case scenarios for RICE Components.
Expertise in Tuning SQL statements to improve execution performance using TKPROF, SQL Trace, etc.
Ability to work interactively with users, management and support.
Experience in Coordinating with the business team to monitor development and implementation progress.
Excellent problem solving, communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and ability to perform independently or as part of a team.
Pro-actively identify areas of opportunity and work to finding solutions that meet the business needs of the customer
Defined best practices in controlling the implementation and production usage of Oracle Applications.
