Breakfast Server (Cambria Hotel Polaris)

Job Summary:
The Breakfast Server at Cambria Hotel Columbus Polaris is responsible for creating an extremely friendly and welcoming experience for guests during breakfast service. They will ensure prompt and efficient service, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.

Experience with Toast point of sale system is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time, salaried position with a compensation of $14 per hour plus gratuity, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu and dietary information to guests
- Clean and maintain dining areas, including wiping down tables, serving stations, and restocking supplies
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Communicate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work morning shifts and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
