Customer Experience DesignerRSA Conference™ is the premier series of global events and year-round learning for the cybersecurity community. RSAC is where the security industry converges to discuss current and future concerns and have access to the experts, unbiased content and ideas that help enable individuals and companies advance their cybersecurity posture and build stronger and smarter teams. Both in-person and online, RSAC brings the cybersecurity industry together and empowers the collective “we” to stand against cyberthreats around the world. RSAC is the ultimate marketplace for the latest technologies and hands-on educational opportunities that help industry professionals discover how to make their companies more secure while showcasing the most enterprising, influential and thought-provoking thinkers and leaders in cybersecurity today.

As part of this evolution, RSAC seeks a Customer Experience Designer responsible for the branding and interaction design of new web and mobile applications that we are building. They will work closely with product management and engineering to produce style guides, wireframes, and visual mockups to support a design process that allows us to align on a customer experience that our development teams will implement.
In this role you will:
  • Build an Application Style Guide: Adapt the RSAC corporate brand and style guide into a style guide and component library for mobile and web applications.
  • Drive a User-Centric Approach: Understand user needs, behaviors, and decision-making processes. Craft intuitive interfaces that address pain points and enhance usability.
  • Develop and Maintain Mock-Ups, Story Boards, and Clickable Prototypes: Select and use tools to support a low friction, iterative design process that incorporates feedback from stakeholders and produces deliverables that developers can implement. The CX designer will support usability testing and apply feedback to future iterations of feature designs.
  • Design for Accessibility and Different Form Factors:  Produce WCAG compliant designs that scale to phone, tablet, and desktop viewports.
 Your profile:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CX design, UX design, or related fields. A strong portfolio showcasing successful CX design projects is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in UX or CX design are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities. Ability to see the big picture and understand the holistic impact of design decisions.
