Meat Cutter - 1927576

Job Duties:

• Evaluate exact quantity and quality of items delivered
• Receive & unload shipment of meat products and in to the freezer/cooler
• Assemble and utilize machines in an operative state while observing safety requirements
• Utilize ground machine for ground meat
• Utilizing vacuum tumbler to produce marinated meat
• Utilize machines for frozen meat(PUMA) to produce frozen products
• Utilize wrapping and packing equipment and convey allprepped items for pick up/delivery
• Trim/slice fresh frozen pork into appropriate cuts
• Prepare sauces for marinated meat & produce different marinated meat
• Inspect and check inventory of meat and supply
• Maintain a clean and sterile workspace
• Disassemble and clean all machines

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
