Our client, UnityLab Corp. is searching for a Product Fulfillment Associate to join their growing team in Dushore, PA.

The Product Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for organizing, picking, and shipping various products.
Daily tasks include:
Retrieve and review sales orders from NetSuite.
Locate product stock and pack sold items for shipping.
Manage all third-party shipping accounts, i.e. Fed Ex, UPS.
Corresponds with customer on shipment tracking details and related support questions via phone or email.
Process all warranty claims from inquiry through shipment, including issuance of the RMA and ensuring that the returned part is thoroughly evaluated.
This is a full-time position with day shift hours - no evenings / weekends. UnityLab offers a competitive starting rate of pay in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High School graduate or GED.
The ability to learn quickly and think creatively to help customers is paramount.
1 - 3 years previous experience in warehouse environment.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office required - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Collaborative communication.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 80 lbs. regularly.
Ability to climb stairs and ramps, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, lift, grasp, speak, hear, and see objects.
