Job Description:

We are looking for individuals licensed to provide clinical mental health services. This candidate must have strong engagement skills and working knowledge of generally accepted therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position is responsible for providing community-based services utilizing evidence-based best practices and implementing interventions in professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will provide intensive, person-centered, and strength-based services.

As a Licensed Clinician, your responsibilities may include:

  • Completing intakes, reassessments, and providing therapy, and skills-based interventions

  • Providing supervision (based on your clinical skill set and our office operations)

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  • LSW, LISW, PLPC, or LPCC-S license and clinical training or experience required

  • A master’s degree is preferred

  • A candidate who is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a bachelor’s degree with verifiable clinical experience will be considered. A bachelor’s level candidate must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of engagement skills and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health-related problems along with an understanding of DSM criteria.

  • Willing to work in a community-based setting.

  • Understand the importance of timely, consistent, and appropriate interventions.

  • Bilingual Candidates: Able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently.
