Job Description
Overview: Are you a driven individual passionate about sales and the construction industry? Join our team as a Building Material Sales Representative and be a key player in our success. We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to drive sales of our high-quality building materials.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements:
• History in building material/lumber sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications.
• Knowledge of lumber take-offs..
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel to jobsites.
Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000 annually DOE, plus commission.
