Office Assistant-Lab Services

Blood Assurance is seeking a full-time Office Assistant-Lab Services to work first shift in our downtown Chattanooga lab. This position will provide support for our Lab and Hospital Services Departments. Primary responsibilities include managing technical services documentation, reviewing billing activities, assisting with data entry, maintaining breakroom/office supply inventory, recruiting rare donors, and ordering rare units for reference lab consultations.

Qualified candidates will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and office management systems
• Professional communication skills
