Lindsay Windows is looking for a Warehouse Manager for our Alto, GA location! This position will lead our driver teams as well as oversee on-site warehouse personnel in deliveries, inventory counting and line fulfillment processes.
Warehouse Manager Primary Duties

- Oversee warehouse and driver team within LWs Core Values
- Provide communication with team to ensure proper behavior and outcomes
- Perform periodic team reviews
- Practice positive and preventative communication with all internal and external customers
- Hold and direct team meetings as needed
- Respond to emails within 1 business day
- Coordinate with all departments for proper use of time, materials and manpower
- Monitor windows and doors prepared to ship to customers
- Oversee routing, loading, scheduling of company trucks and contract carriers.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and customer service team in regard to shipments
- Utilize capacity and inventory requirements appropriately
- Maintain driver reporting and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Oversee maintenance of fleet; road vehicles, powered industrial trucks and utility vehicles onsite
- Oversee DOT requirements onsite and train drivers accordingly
- Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts
- Respond to and resolve complaints, discrepancies and inquires relating to logistics in a timely manner
Qualifications/ Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong sense of communication
- Demonstrates good organizational and leadership skills
- Demonstrates organized and systematic approach to duties
- Previous experience using an ERP system and routing software helpful
- 5+ years progressive leadership experience in an applicable work environment
