Position: Production Coordinator
As a Production Coordinator at Floor Coverings International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will serve as a contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Production Coordinator Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production or operations management.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
• Knowledge of flooring or related industries preferred.
• Reliable transportation required until a company truck is provided.

Production Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with customers
• Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production
• Meet with installers daily to discuss production
• Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction
• Order all product needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
• Communicate with installers and customer on start dates and times
• Update InspireNet daily with status of job and upcoming schedule via the Production Dashboard

Compensation:
Salary range $18.00-$25.00/hr plus bonus opportunities
