Clean and services all the Public Areas, Back of the House and restroom areas. To clean and maintain all public areas (i.e. hotel lobby, restrooms) in impeccable condition in accordance with Hotel and Hilton Hotel Corporation standards.

  • Clean walls and vacuum all hotel carpet areas (including offices).Clean team member/public area restrooms, dispose of trash in compactor and operate compactor.
  • Clean outside terrace areas.
  • Operate floor buffer and extractor.
  • Polish fixtures and clean all the elevators.
  • Maintain a vacuumed appearance in stairwells.
  • Clean ashtrays.
  • Deliver guests/customer requests as needed.
  • Cleans all Public Areas and public restrooms by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, edging carpets, restocking guests/customer supplies, water extraction and sanitizing.
  • Performs daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly deep-clean projects as assigned by Manager.
  • Interacts with guests/customer by providing directions and information.
  • Receive and stock all the Purchase orders in the Storage.
  • Organize and distribute amenities, note pads, bags and every supplies as needed in the closets.
  • Receives clean Linen delivered to hotel and distributes to all room attendant closets.
  • Searches for extra carts in the hotel, including removing clean linen and stocking on linen closets shelves.
  • Clean windows and window frames of the lobby and public areas.
  • Clean all Public Areas and Rooms carpets, furniture, drapes and mattress assign by managers.
  • Cleans stairwells by mopping and dusting.
  • Attends to grounds areas when no Groundskeeper is scheduled.
  • Loads bins of linen from laundry truck.
  • Always registered key when entering a room even is the door is open.
  • Entering room status on the phone when room is ready.
  • Greet guest/customer immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Follow the lost & found procedures.
  • Collects dirty linen into laundry bins and transports carts to laundry area.
  • Transports empty bins from Laundry to chute area.
  • Transport full or empty bins of linen from loading dock to laundry area.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Follow hotel standards for safety and security.
  • Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to Safety/Security Department.
  • Provide general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests/customer and employee safety in the event of an emergency.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
  • Keep work area, carts and closets neat and organized.
  • Clean loading dock and Dumpster area on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Room Attendants by taking out the dirty linen and garbage from the rooms and attendant carts.
  • Protects and maintains housekeeping equipment.
  • Cleans and dries floors to avoid slips and fall accidents. Place wet sign floors as necessary.
  • Clean the a/c vents and lamps in the hallways.
  • Clean the Back of the House following the Hotel Standards.
  • Clean and stock all the Department Storages.
  • Clean (mopping, cleaning the trash cans, sweeping and organize the linen closet and service areas.
  • Lift beds for deep cleaning
  • Occasionally makes bed and clean rooms when shorthanded on Room Attendants.
  • Perform the Laundry Workers duties when shorthanded on Laundry Workers.
  • Clean all administrative offices following the Department Standards
  • AM and PM Runners Strip Beds
  • Assist training for team members.
  • Attend guest/customer requests.
