An Anytime Fitness Trainer's main focus is helping all members 'get to a healthier place.' A Trainer must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants. As well, he/she must be comfortable with fitness program design, instruction, assistance and motivational interviewing. At Anytime Fitness, Trainers provide guidance, education and encouragement to members through Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1), Small Group, additional programming opportunities as deemed appropriate by the individual club. Beyond the traditional roles described, AF Trainers are expected to possess above average Customer Service skills and be on a mission to provide a 'surprisingly personable experience' with everyone he/she meets . Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and cleanliness), sales and marketing for programming, and proactive outreach to inactive members to assist in retention efforts.
Job Requirements:
Accredited Personal Training Certification
CPR Certified
A High school diploma or further education.
