DESCRIPTION
This position will work closely with the CareLink Supervisor, CareLink NM employees, and the Director of Community Services, to ensure the administrative needs for the CareLink NM Program are met. This employee will ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting for the CareLink program.
JOB DUTIES
- Will serve as the primary assistant to the CareLink NM Program.
- Responsible for answering the telephone and directing calls, clients and assisting with all correspondence.
- Responsible for organizing, filing administrative correspondence, and maintaining CareLink’s administrative files.
- Maintain and update CareLink Master Roster Spreadsheet, Care Coordinator Spreadsheet and Peer Support Spreadsheet.
- Process and report opt-ins, opt-outs, and CNA updates for the CLNM program.
- Monitors Collective Medical for recent Emergency Room visits, notifies assigned CLNM Staff and submitting the Critical Incident Reporting to HSD.
- Assist with organization of meetings and special events as directed by the Director of Community Services and CareLink Supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality for all information regarding clients, staff, physicians, and Guidance Center of Lea County (GCLC) obtained as a result of employment at GCLC.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Services and CareLink Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- High School diploma or high school equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be personable with an ability to work in high stress environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience in medically integrated mental health services.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
