JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Senior Slot Technician
DEPARTMENT: Slots
REPORTS TO: Slot Tech Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for overall efficient operation of the Slot Technical Section. Maintain serviceability of slot machines, in accordance with Divi Carina Bay Casino policies and expected high standards. Train and assist technicians in all aspects of maintenance and repair. and ensure that exceptional customer service and positive team member relations are maintained.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES:
Must be at least 21 years old and must be able to obtain a US Virgin Islands Gaming Work Permit/License.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have 5 years of Slot Technical Experience. Previous supervisory and leadership experience a plus. Electronics background a plus. Effective verbal communication, strong math skills and good organization skills required. Have familiarity with computer programs such as Windows and other applications familiar to Gaming. Have good color vision. Knowledge and experience with Slot Player Tracking, Casino Management and Casino marketing systems.
Pay Range – starting at $45,000 commensurate with experience.
