Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols.
• Ensure cancellations are filled.
• Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system.
• Maintain and manage patient records.
• Insurance verification
• Treatment Planning
• Back up Check-in/Check out

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word.
• Possess an understanding of Dental Insurance.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis.
• 1-year Dental experience required; treatment planning experience strongly preferred.
• Background check required.
• Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
