Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Engineer to join our team. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, as well as providing technical support for product development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our company's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities to support new product development projects
- Design and perform experiments using a variety of techniques such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), spectroscopy, and chromatography
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for further development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
- Perform quality control testing to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications
- Fabricate prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate performance and functionality
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, results, and observations in accordance with good laboratory practices (GLP)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of biochemistry and related technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in conducting research and development activities within a laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, spectroscopy, and chromatography
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and quality control processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
