About the Role:
We are looking for a driven, dedicated and customer centered IT Professional to join the team as an IT Field Technician. We specialize in computer and internet issues: hardware and software repairs, office set-up, tech support, hosting, networking and online service, optimization and computer protection.
In order to be successful as a Field Technician, candidates should be able to:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in an office/professional environment.
- Provide both phone and desk-side support to customers.
- Carry out hardware upgrades.
- Install, test, and/or upgrade desktop software.
- Install hardware.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Establish, configure, and troubleshoot user accounts.
- Diploma or Associates degree in a Computer/IT related field
- A+ or MSCE Certification
- 2 years field experience with MCSE certification or 4 years field experience with A+ certification.
- Completion of at least 250 residential/small business computer repair service calls.
- Must be located in the general Harrisburg, PA area
- Must own a drivers license and working automobile, and be able to travel to individuals and businesses on a daily basis, up to 65% of the time.
