StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled, experienced Membership Sales Manager, that is fitness minded and has a love for our brand, to oversee sales and operations for our Studio.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long' StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields - physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more - and brought in the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist ™M training ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has close to 450 locations open nationwide with immediate plans for expansion.

POSITION:

The ideal Sales Manager will oversee all Studio sales processes as well as sales staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

o 2+ years of membership sales experience, preferably in Fitness related field.

o Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.

o Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner.

o Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.

o Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

o Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

o Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

o An affinity and passion for fitness.

o Solid writing and grammar skills.

o Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

o Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

o Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

o Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

o Proficiency with computers and Studio software.


DUTIES

o Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking

o Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro sessions

o Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts

o Manage sales staff schedule

o Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

o Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists

o Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.

o Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

o Collect out-standing dues

o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio

o Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures

o Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

o Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

o Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

o Any other duties as assigned


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

o This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance and unlimited growth potential as well within our growing company.
