Essential Job Functions

  • Greets all guests in a friendly and helpful manner and in a timely fashion
  • Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the guest
  • After the guest is done ordering repeat the order to the guest
  • When giving guests their order please repeat the order and show them their meal
  • When in the dining area greet and assist guests
  • Responsible for accurately processing cash and credit card transactions
  • Ensures cash drawer balances at the end of the shift
  • Processes orders to the kitchen to ensure their preparation
  • Expedites orders and assembles items needed for the completion of the order
  • Communicates with Team Members and Management throughout the shift regarding the status of orders and availability of the product
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Maintains dishes and other wares
  • Maintains guest contact areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner (includes but is not limited to tables, chairs/booths, floors, counters, and restrooms)
  • Stocks/restocks items
  • Receive and stores food supplies
  • Removes trash and cleans garbage containers
  • Rotates product according to “First In, First Out” to maintain shelf-life standards.
  • Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards.
