We are getting busy so we are liking for someone who can handle the workload. Will be given a helper if required. Would be considered a supervisor. Individual must have at least 5 years' experience. Must also know how to do windows.

- Need someone who is punctual
- Must have own transportation
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years' experience with power wash and windows
- Drivers license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Must pass a background check
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
