The Role:

As our People Ninja, you will be the go-to person for all things HR-related. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping our HR strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting our amazing team members throughout their career journey. From onboarding and talent acquisition to employee engagement and development programs, your expertise will be instrumental in creating an environment where our team thrives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent and create innovative recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
• Develop and implement creative employee engagement initiatives that make work feel like play.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training and development programs for personal and professional growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our team members, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• SHRM Certified (Preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box to solve unique challenges.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• A sense of humor and a passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment!

An offer of employment will be made contingent upon satisfactory results from a background check and a drug screen (excluding THC).

Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000
