$18.50-$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Permanent Opportunity
Monday-Friday, 8:00a-6:00p; Saturday 9:00a-1:00p
Gahanna, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide professional member service activities related to loan and deposit services, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of member inquiries and issues
- Cross-sell additional services tailored to meet the individual needs of members, with a focus on generating new checking accounts and enhancing member relationships
- Assume ownership of member issues by accurately documenting, researching, and resolving or escalating them as necessary, while maintaining thorough records of member interactions
- Organize and prioritize member requests and concerns to deliver an exceptional member experience, offering basic financial advice to promote their financial well-being
- Facilitate the documentation and processing of consumer loans and new deposit accounts, collaborating with other team members as needed to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Achieve or exceed established sales, service, and productivity targets, registering and maintaining Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) status as required, and completing related compliance training
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales support and processing activities, adhering strictly to the policies and procedures to ensure full compliance
- Continuously develop individual competency through self-directed learning and participation in educational programs, fostering a deep understanding of Credit Union policies, procedures, and operational standards
Who we’re looking for:
- Prior over-the-phone or platform sales experience preferably in a banking environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must value a high degree of accuracy and speed
- Professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills
