Duties:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures
- Operate welding equipment and tools such as stick welders, plasma cutters, and hand tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques and processes
- Knowledge of other welding techniques such as stick welding is a plus
- Familiarity with ductwork, pipe threading, and soldering
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to operate a crane for lifting heavy materials (if applicable)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
