Overview

Columbus Worthington Air of ARS/Rescue Rooter is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to work to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a residential sales environment.

The Sales Manager will execute sales strategies for the branch and will be a "working sales leader" with the ability to coach their team. The Sales Manager will participate developing strategies to remain competitive in an ever-changing industry. They will define, implement, and monitor their sales team's key performance indicators such as revenue, quote closure and gross profit percentage. The Sales Manager will be expected to anticipate and quickly respond to changes in performance to ensure long term success.

Position Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 with Bonus Eligibility

What you'll do:

    • Exercising strong, proactive and strategic leadership of the team of direct reports to achieve/exceed sales goals.
    • Ensuring the company sales model is being delivered by their team.
    • Ensuring that company standard operating procedures are being implemented and trained.
    • Maintaining awareness of competitors' initiatives.
    • Creating an aggressive, disciplined, evolving organization that is driven by the company's metrics.
    • Evaluating and increasing the skill level of their team. The ability to select, direct and mentor top talent is expected.
    • Set goals and develop specific plans to achieve objectives for growth.
    • Provide support and accountability for each sales team member in achieving weekly, monthly and annual objectives for proposals submitted and sales closed.

Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience managing an in-home sales team is a must
  • Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment.
  • Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
  • Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet.
