Construction Accountant

Job Description:
We need the right person to fill a full-time, Construction Accountant position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bank construction draws on real estate projects
• Construction budget tracking and analysis
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable
• Managerial accounting analysis
• Prepare monthly financial statements

Qualifications:

• A 4-year degree in accounting
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Experience with the financial statement audit process is preferred
• Excellent analytical, research, and managerial accounting skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
