We are looking for a positive and professional front desk associate to deliver exceptional experiences to every guest at our hotel. Youll welcome guests, manage information, distribute keys and room assignments, as well as answer any general inquires to ensure they have an extraordinary stay with us.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicate well with housekeeping to ensure a guests room is ready
Field questions or concerns when necessary
Greet, check-in and check-out guests when they arrive and leave the premises
Distribute room keys and room assignments
Record credit card information with the utmost discretion and security
General bookkeeping ensuring all hotel guest account information is correct and up to date
Keeping a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
At least one year of hospitality experience preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience answering telephone calls and basic computer skills
Display impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
