Hayden Lake Physical Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our front office team of 3 others at our busy Physical Therapy clinic on Prairie Ave in CDA.

Description:

• Hours M-F (FT 35-40hr/week)
• Operating phone system including auto-texting software (Weave)
• Managing patients (greeting, scheduling, etc)
• Collecting payments
• Uses Electronic Medical Records software (WebPT)
• Sending and Receiving commuincations from Doctors Offices
• Prior Medical/Customer Service required

Benefits:

• Wage: $16-17/hr (Depending on experience)
