As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Warehouse Operations to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations, aligning with our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

The Sr. Director of Distribution Center Operations, Logistics and Facilities will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, distribution, and staff management. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational management, capable of driving performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement warehouse operations system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

- Oversee all warehouse logistics, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Manage and optimize warehouse operational costs while maintaining service and quality standards.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless supply chain and resolve any operational challenges.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

- Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategic plans for operational enhancements.

- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including negotiation of contracts and oversight of services.

- Prepare and manage the warehouse operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related experience.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in process improvement methodologies and implementation.

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

- Commitment to excellence, safety, and the well-being of team members.
