Responsibilities:
- Work outdoors year-round and in all weather conditions
- Safely drive a large garbage truck and operate the truck mechanisms for lifting and dumping the garbage cans and dumpsters
- Collect large or heavy objects manually when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience as a Sanitation Worker or in a similar role
- Ability to routinely lift 50+ pounds with proper lifting techniques
- Knowledge of proper waste disposal practices
- Experience working with hazardous materials
- Ability to follow a GPS or online navigation directions
- Reliable and able to work independently
