Typical shift: standard 8 hour day with start times varying between 4:00am-8:00am
-or- (4) 10 hours days is an available alternative if preferred
Goal is 2 consecutive days off, which days specifically can be negotiated

Crispellis Bakery is hiring a Pastry Assistant for our growing brand. We are looking for a Pastry Assistant who will work alongside 4 to 5 other team members in the department to produce cookies, cakes, quiche, croissants as well as other pastries and desserts for our 5 retail locations and many wholesale customers. We are seeking a self-motivated individual that has a strong skill set, attention to detail, and a focus for high quality.
