Tower Construction Site Cleanup Crew

Industrial Communications West, LLC has opportunities within our Site/Facilities team for a Tower Construction Site Cleanup Crew member. This is full time position that would require traveling as part of a 2-person team to cellular sites to collect materials and equipment for recycling/reuse purposes, and will be based out of the Grand Island region.

Responsibilities:

• Perform materials clean-up and retrieval at cellular sites within your assigned region
• Load discarded materials onto truck for returns to warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, plus current driver’s license, and good driving record
• MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
• Able to travel outside of area including overnight travel up to 4 weeknights in a row; Regional travel includes Nebraska, Kansas, and possibly portions of Wyoming and portions of South Dakota.
• Able to assist with loading heavy materials safely, and to utilize truck loading techniques and arrangement of load distribution
• Able to use basic hand tools. Shovels, pix axe, tamping bar, small power tools, etc.
• Able to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independently when required
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds
• Comfortable with working outdoors in all types of weather
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen screening
