Tg is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind materials that support Tg’s direct business development efforts. Responsibilities: 

 As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:  

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:  Assist in creating and executing the company’s marketing strategy. Collaborate with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with brand standards.  Generate new materials to support business development activities as required.  
  • Manage Marketing Efforts:  Juggle multiple marketing tasks to meet frequent deadlines.  Cultivate a deep understanding of Tg’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and firmwide capabilities.  
  • Craft Compelling Content:  Write persuasive proposals, case stories, and resumes.  
  • Maintain Resources and Information Systems:  Order materials, update project documentation, resumes, and image libraries.  

Qualifications: 

To excel in this role, you should possess: 

  • Education: A degree in Journalism, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.  

  • Communication Skills:  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  

  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and marketing collateral. 

  • Personal Attributes: 

  • Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills. 

  • A collaborative mindset. 

  • Organizational Aptitude: 

  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines. 

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.  

  • Design Proficiency: Strong graphic communication and design skills.
