Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. What you'll do:
- Partner with BCBAs to design and implement personalized ABA therapy programs.
- Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD.
- Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
- Track progress and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Required qualifications:
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED) and an interest in psychology / behavioral health / child development / mental health
- College enrollment or degree preferred
- Graduate students in ABA may apply as Behavior Technicians and receive clinical training and supervision hours as required by the BACB
Health & Safety Requirements: - Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
