Position Overview
The Service Advisor is responsible for building loyal clientele, building strong relationships, relaying technicians findings to our clients in a clear and educational way, and ensuring all service is performed at the highest level possible.

We are a family owned and operated business, and enjoy building relationships with each and every one of our clients. Recently, we purchased a 2nd location in Marilla, NY and are hiring for all positions.

- Ensure clients receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
- Answer phones and schedules appointments with clients.
- Build thorough and complete estimates for service and repairs needed on clients vehicles based on technician findings and recommended OEM maintenance schedules.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep clients informed on completion time, service expenses and possible changes.
- Ensure every client has a positive experience.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the department manager/supervisor.
- Strong communication & computer skills required to deal with clients, employees and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.
