We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality service to our guests. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Assist servers in setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service.
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables.
- Provide menus to guests and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist in taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Refill water glasses and attend to any additional requests from guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as banquets or kitchen support.

Note, pay is $10/hr + tips. We are mainly needing help during these days/times, Thursday-Monday 12pm-10pm.
