In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with diverse backgrounds and needs. You will listen attentively to their concerns, identify the core issue, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate it to the relevant team if necessary. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is properly documented in our system.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing their needs and concerns
- Identifying the core issue and providing appropriate solutions or escalating it to the relevant team
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our system
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
