Summary: Perform and Track maintenance on equipment, operate machinery, and post production tools. Continuously improve process identifying and implementing new solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Process additively manufactured metal parts using hand tools to remove support material
- Perform and track maintenance on equipment used in daily factory operations
- Provided support in other areas as needed in facilities and process improvement projects directed by engineers
- Meet ITAR Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in aerospace or other precision production environment
- Highly proficient in verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with pneumatic, power, and hand tools
- Ability to interpret technical documents
- Experience with technical process preferred
- Experience with FDM and Polyjet preferred
- Knowledge of polymers and coating preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems
