We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist/Account Manager in our Holyoke, MA office to partner with our sales team and meet customer satisfaction goals by means of interacting with customers daily and responding to their questions or guiding them to the appropriate service person.


The role of the Sales Support Specialist entails entering and processing sales orders as needed for multiple sales people, preparing correspondence, reports and creating proforma invoices. This includes, but not limited to, tracking shipped orders, reminders to the sales team of deliveries, revisions and/or date changes.


This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm in our Holyoke, MA office



Qualifications:

  • 1+ year Customer service or Account Management experience within the furniture industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eager and willing to add to their knowledge base and skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude, teamwork and self-management capabilities
  • Able to prioritize workload efficiently


Pay Range: from $21.00 HR
