Ixom Watercare is looking to hire a talented, proactive people leader for our sales and customer service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Performance:
- Organize and oversee schedules, territories, and performance of the inside sales and customer service team.
- Manage hiring, training, development, recognition, and motivation of team members.
Sales and Operational Analysis:
- Review and analyze sales and operational records.
- Use data to project sales, determine profitability, and set targets.
- Identify potential new markets based on insights.
Customer Consultation:
- Collaborate with leadership and Regional Sales Managers.
- Understand potential customers’ needs.
- Recommend suitable equipment, products, or services.
Project Prioritization and Issue Resolution:
- Determine team priorities.
- Assist with interdepartmental projects.
- Resolve escalated internal and external customer issues.
Balancing Customer Satisfaction and Internal Constraints:
- Delight customers while considering internal restrictions (e.g., scheduling, pricing).
Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with leadership to support sales plans, strategies, and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
