Ixom Watercare is looking to hire a talented, proactive people leader for our sales and customer service department.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Performance:

  • Organize and oversee schedules, territories, and performance of the inside sales and customer service team.
  • Manage hiring, training, development, recognition, and motivation of team members.

Sales and Operational Analysis:

  • Review and analyze sales and operational records.
  • Use data to project sales, determine profitability, and set targets.
  • Identify potential new markets based on insights.

Customer Consultation:

  • Collaborate with leadership and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Understand potential customers’ needs.
  • Recommend suitable equipment, products, or services.

Project Prioritization and Issue Resolution:

  • Determine team priorities.
  • Assist with interdepartmental projects.
  • Resolve escalated internal and external customer issues.

Balancing Customer Satisfaction and Internal Constraints:

  • Delight customers while considering internal restrictions (e.g., scheduling, pricing).

Collaboration with Leadership:

  • Work closely with leadership to support sales plans, strategies, and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
