Part-time nanny role

Hello! We’re looking for a daytime nanny to help care for our 3 month old from 10am-3pm, Monday-Friday excluding Tuesdays. I work from home and my husband has a hybrid schedule so he’s home some as well. Looking for someone who will love our baby like we do so we can continue our careers while also knowing she is in great hands and within our home so we can take breaks throughout our workday to step away and still be able to see her. Nanny in our home Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10am-3pm. We want you to feel like family. We work within the home but have meetings so we need to have someone care for our daughter throughout the day, but we will be in the home as well to checkin and visit. I’d spend lunch time and breaks with you, or even give you a break during my breaks. This is the preferred schedule but could be somewhat flexible depending on the person and situation. Light cleaning, running sweeper/wiping down kitchen is a plus
