As an Order Picker, you'll play a critical role in crafting high-quality apparel for a diverse customer base, including basic athletic wear and intimate garments. Our competitive pay rates reflect our commitment to our team members: $16 per hour for 1st Shift and $17 per hour for 2nd Shift. Plus, you'll have opportunities for overtime on weekends.


Our Order Picker responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently and accurately picking customer orders for shipment based on pick sheets or handheld computer instructions.
  • Assisting with inventory management tasks.
  • Prioritizing accurate documentation of daily work.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.


To excel in this role, you'll need to be able to walk and stand for the entire shift.
