Account Manager
Leaderboard Branding is a global brand consultancy comprised of seasoned industry leaders. Leaderboard is seeking talented professionals who we can cultivate to be significant contributors to our company and to the future of the branding industry.
This role largely operates in a remote capacity, with a preference for individuals local to the Charlotte, NC area.
Overview of the Role:
The Account Manager is a position whose key areas of responsibility are as follows:
* Support account leads and account teams on new business activities including project scoping and sales mapping
* Build, coordinate and track project timeline and status for internal and client teams
* Lead scheduling and documenting of all project related meetings
* Monitor in-progress work, establish priorities, and adjust schedules to ensure successful project completion
* Streamlining communication between internal team members
* Partner with internal teams to evolve and improve processes for all aspects of project delivery with a focus on maximizing quality, collaboration, and speed
* Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
* Double-checking all project deliverables for accuracy
* Write and execute proposals and statements of work
* Maintain project management systems with accurate information regarding current and future scopes

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident problem-solver and experience leading process improvement efforts
* Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities
Requested Background and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience
* Account management or project management experience in creative services, advertising, or marketing appreciated
* Pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services experience appreciated
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Skilled in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
* Successful track record in managing the delivery of multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment
